Floaters Week 5
Hello Floater Parents!
We are so happy to have the girls back at Romaca! Their excitement as they returned “home” to camp was priceless and they are so happy to be back together!
The girls have signed up for the activities that they would like to help instruct in and the activities they want to participate in! They have been on top of their new responsibilities, including making it to flagpole each morning! :)
We have watched a few performances this summer as well. We took a trip to Greylock to watch Romrec/Seniors perform The Addams Family! We also watched the Debs perform Tangled as well as the Jinters perform Aladdin! Quite a Broadway production here at Romaca! :)
Thursday night was Birthday Night! The Sr. A’s worked hard to prepare a birthday celebration for the camp. The theme this year was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Chocolate fondue was the perfect ending to a great party! We also participated in the Deb Carnival!! The theme this year was Space. As tradition, the Trainees and Floaters run the haunted house at Deb Carnival! We wrote a spooky script for the haunted house as the trainees dressed up as scary dolls!! BOO!
We are looking forward to loads of special events this upcoming week, as always, time is flying by!
