Hi Annex Families!
Annex had a fantastic week after coming back from our 3 days in Boston. We had our annual Treasure Hunt this past Sunday. They had to go around the camp solving different riddles until the entire camp ended up at the Waterfront and the grand prize was revealed. They got Bucket Hats!! The girls were extremely excited and look so spirited showing them off around camp.
Banquet prep is officially underway! The girls are working so hard to put together what I know is going to be an incredible night. I can’t wait to see it all coming together! We headed to The Mount on Tuesday night to see a production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. We got to picnic out on the grass and watch a great performance. A dash of culture for the Annex Ladies!
Annex got to play kickball as an evening activity as well. We split the division into 4 teams and each team got to pick a theme to dress up as. They had so much fun getting to run around (and of course take pictures). We will be finishing off the week with the Senior A’s Birthday Night, Deb Carnival and the Juniors/Inters show. It’s hard to believe that next week we start to head into the end of season special events, I have loved watching the girls grow and come together over the past few weeks. I can’t wait to see them become leaders in Olympics and put together an amazing Banquet.
