Hello Senior A Families,
This has been a jam packed week at Romaca for the Senior A’s. We have had our first social of the summer with Winadu, which the girls really enjoyed.
The girls had so much fun during Twin Night, where they and their younger camp sisters dressed up as something that compliments one another. We had some very imaginative and innovative ideas in the Senior A division, such as a Band-Aid and a Croc! They LOVE being big campsisters and this was their first TwinNight in this new role so I loved watching them take charge with their little ones in tow :-)
We had our first special event Sunday where the entire camp got to bid for staff members and prizes in Counselor Auction. The girls won a number of prizes including a movie night and a special meal. They were thrilled!
We all got to celebrate July 4th Romacan style with a rap battle which the girls absolutely rocked, then we went down to the waterfront to paint the counselors in patriotic themes. Then, to top it all off, and to beat an already amazing day, we had the pleasure of going to Berkshire Bob’s to watch a phenomenal fireworks display, as we do every year.
This week we look forward to a trip to Tangelwood and the Annex show of Bring It On this weekend.
Until next time,
Ellya
