Sub-Seniors, Week 4
Hello SUBS families!
Another eventful fun filled week we have had here at camp!!
Visiting day was such a success!! Having everyone here together was such a beautiful heartwarming day. The girls where so proud to show their parents off to everyone and I was so happy to meet everyone again. The day was filled with so much love, joy and happiness!!
We watched the Clubhouse 7 production of ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, it was Fabulous! We just love watching the older girls perform, they really look up to them. Monday morning the girls were up and off onto the their next adventure…THEIR HIKE! They packed EVERYTHING into their bags and were ready to take on the world! The day was sunny, warm and breathtaking. Jeff joined us as well on our hike! They had so much fun setting up their tents and area for the night. They came back Tuesday morning exhausted and were so happy to have the morning off to chill (and eat the rest of their candy, lol). Later that night the girls put on their cowgirl gear for some square dancing with Cliff Brouder.. Every kind of flannel shirt was represented that night. The girls enjoyed dancing to Cotten-Eyed-Joe.
Wednesday was TRIP DAY and we made our way to Six Flags in New England …. Well what a day we had, everyone had the best day. The day was warm and the sun was shining!!! The girls are still talking about how scary the rides were and how much they loved it. We came back to camp a little tired BUT the day was not over yet. We had a social at Greylock so it was time to get the gladrags on and get moving. We a fun packed day! THANK GOODNESS FOR A LATE WAKE UP!
We are all recharged and ready to take on the world again.
Lots of love from the SUBS , Until next week :)
Love,
Bethany
