Hello Senior A parents,
What a great first week of camp!
The summer started with Wish Night, where everyone got to hold a candle and make a wish for the summer. The girls were all decked out in Senior A’s divisional color blue for the event, a color that looks fabulous on all of them!
The next few days featured Get to Know Your Counselor and Get to Know Your Camper. These activities both helped the camp come together as one, with counselors showing the girls it’s okay (and encouraged) to be their absolutely true and silly selves. After all, camp is all about having fun! On Sunday, the girls participated in the all-camp game, Predator. The girls absolutely crushed it during the game! On Tuesday, the girls voted on the Birthday Night theme! The theme is… just kidding I cannot divulge that information; it’s top secret!
On Wednesday, the whole camp participated in Twin Night. This is where the girls make a coordinating outfit with their camp sister. It was the first time the girls were the older camp sister for the event! It was very exciting for them, as I’m sure you can imagine. They made some really cool costumes, and all the younger camp sisters had a blast. On Thursday, the Senior A’s had their first ever social!!! The girls were so excited to get dolled up, hang out with the Greylock boys, and dance the night away! Hopefully the sun keeps shining and if this week is the example then our summer is going to be amazing!
