Hey Annex Families!
Hope you’re all doing well, what a busy week we have had but best of all… LOTS OF SUNSHINE!!!
We started off our week Sunday with a lovely sleep in and brunch, followed by a fan favorite… Lip Sync battle! They girls split off into the ABCD’s and had the morning to create and choreograph a Lip sync and dance to a song of their choice. We had all the favorites from High School Musical, Bring It On, Dark Horse by Katy Perry and then a blast from the past with Jessie’s Girl! You might have caught a little glimpse of these on the instagram. And when I tell you the girls did amazing boy do I mean it! The first round they took the win over Romrec! And then had 30 mins to come up with a new song and routine… and guess what? WE WON AGAIN!
We celebrated the 4th of July in true Romaca style. Starting off the day with getting as spirited as possible of course, ALL THE RED, WHITE & BLUE! The girls spent the morning creating a rap to take part in a rap battle, we know these girls love creating a good song! Into the afternoon just as the rain disappeared we managed to get outside for PAINT YOUR COUNSELOR! Which should actually just be called paint wars. The red, white and blue paints slowly merge together to make purple (so Annex i know) but an eventful afternoon to say the least and always enjoyed by all!
We also had our second social with Greylock on Thursday… hair straightening party all day! But always an eventful evening, as I’m sure will be the same with DJ Jeff next week. Crazy we are already at this point in the summer! Keep an eye out on the instagram for all the other fun we have been up to throughout the week!
I also even overheard that visiting day lists had already been sent out so have fun shopping for that and it won’t be long before you’ll be seeing all of your lovely girls.
